When you place your order, you will automatically receive confirmation by email. If we are unable to dispatch an item for any reason, we will email you to let you know.

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days.

Standard UK delivery is by First Class mail and should reach you within 1-4 working days. Orders usually arrive within this time frame – however, due to current circumstances, this may take a little longer depending on fulfillment capability/postal service.

Worldwide delivery is by Air Mail (or international courier for large orders). Please allow up to 28 days for delivery to the rest of the world.

Snoreeze LabFit Oral Device

When you place an order, a dental impression kit will be automatically posted out to you. You will receive confirmation of this by email. If we are unable to dispatch your kit for any reason, we will email you to let you know. Dispatch of the impression kit will be within 1-2 working days.

Once you have returned your dental impressions to us, we will start to work on your LabFit Oral Device. Completed devices usually arrive within 10 working days – however, due to current circumstances, this may take a little longer depending on technician availability/postal service.

Standard UK delivery is by First Class mail and it should reach you within 1-4 working days of being dispatched.

Please note: For orders placed from outside the UK, the buyer must cover shipping costs to return their impressions.

Returns

Snoreeze Oral Device Money Back Guarantee

Some people may experience a little discomfort when they first use a mandibular advancement device like the Snoreeze Oral Device.

We recommend that you persevere with using the Oral Device for at least a week before you decide to return it – it sometimes takes this long for your mouth and jaw to become accustomed to wearing the device. If you’re wondering whether the side effects you’re experiencing are normal, please refer to the Oral Device instruction leaflet or contact us.

If you purchased your Snoreeze Oral Device from Snoreeze.com less than 30 days ago and have used it for 7 nights, but are still not entirely satisfied, we will happily refund your purchase.

Snoreeze LabFit

If you wish to cancel your LabFit order and the impression kit has already been dispatched only a partial refund will be applied.  A charge of £20 will be kept for the kit to cover loss of materials.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your LabFit please contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@passionforlife.com. Due to the customised nature of this device it is not covered by a money back guarantee however you can be assured we will do our utmost to achieve a positive outcome for you.

Subscriptions

Our subscription option allows you to arrange repeat deliveries of your favourite products. You can cancel your subscriptions at any time from your Snoreeze account.

Setting up a subscription is simple. All you need to do is:

  1. Select “Subscribe & Save” on the item page
  2. Click “Add to basket”
  3. Checkout as you normally would, filling in your shipping details
  4. Your new discounted subscription price will be applied.
  5. Your product/s will be shipped to you at the recurring time period specified.
