Product description
Once you’ve placed your D-SAD order, we’ll contact you with details of a local dentist who can provide your dental assessment and take impressions or scans. We’ll let you know what they charge for their services before you visit them. If you decide you don’t want to visit that dentist, or if they decide you’re not suitable for this treatment, we’ll provide you with a full refund.
Please note:
• Your D-SAD will be custom-made based on the specifications provided by the dentist.
• The D-SAD model (Classic or X3) will be determined in discussion between you and the dentist.
• Your D-SAD will be delivered to the dentist within 10 days of receipt of their specifications.
• You will need to visit them for a fitting appointment and then again for a follow up appointment to adjust the device and check for side effects.
• You will need to pay the dentist directly for this service.
• In case of any issue with the D-SAD it can be re-made free of charge within 60 days of delivery.
• Thereafter the D-SAD is automatically covered by a 3-year warranty against breakage.
• Although oral devices have been shown to be effective in relieving symptoms of snoring and OSA, we cannot guarantee treatment success.
